Our commitment is to create the freshest and best tasting cut produce and salsa available. We need dedicated team members that will enjoy making great products as much as we do.
We have multiple departments, various tasks and different equipment, so our team members can be cross-trained (job variety). We process fresh salsa, fresh produce, sauces, dips, re-packed produce and portion packs.
Ideal team members will have the following responsibilities :
– Good attendance – Ability to stand for extended periods of time – Ability to lift 25-30 lbs. – Follow specific instructions – Good communication (English/Spanish preferred) – Attention to detail – Punctuality – Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (35-40 degrees) – Team player – Take pride in producing some of the highest quality products in the NW
There are various shifts available, some Saturdays required. There are opportunities for advancement and long term leadership roles based on motivation and experience.

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour DOE (advancement opportunities)
Masks are required in the building (please bring one with you) and a hand sanitizing station is required upon entry as well. Please also consider bringing your own writing utensil for your application, for safety (not required).
